Dr. Maria Paola Bertani is a dietitian at the Clinical Nutrition Area of the Health Management Office at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele.

In 1998, she obtained her Diploma in Applied Dietology and Dietetics from the University of Pavia and graduated with honors in Dietetics from Gabriele D'Annunzio University in Chieti in 2006.

Dr. Bertani has over twenty years of experience in managing Eating Disorders at the dedicated department at Ospedale San Raffaele Turro.

From May 2022 to September 2023, she worked as a dietitian at the Bariatric Surgery Unit at Istituto Clinico Beato Matteo in Vigevano.

Currently, she provides dietary consulting services across various departments at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele. Her outpatient work focuses on home artificial nutrition (HAN), severe malnutrition, high risk of malnutrition, obesity, and eating disorders.
