Dr. Antonella Somma is a psychologist and psychotherapist at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele Turro and the Istituto di Cura Città di Pavia.
She earned her degree in Clinical Psychology from the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan. In 2011, she obtained a second-level Master's degree in Forensic Psychopathology and Clinical Criminology from the same institution. In 2016, she completed her PhD at LUMSA University in Rome, and in 2018, she specialized in Psychotherapy at the Accademia di Psicoterapia School.
Dr. Somma is a Senior Researcher in Clinical Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan and serves as a consultant for the Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy Service at Ospedale San Raffaele Turro in Milan.
Her clinical interests focus on psychoanalytically oriented individual psychotherapy, particularly addressing personality disorders. Her research activities include studying dysfunctional personality traits, dimensional models of psychopathology, and fluctuations in self-image.
